Comment: Love this dvd! you almost feel like you're in the class with him. He always knows the right thing to say when in a posture. I like to watch this dvd just to get great ideas on posture alignment! I would say this is for beginner to intermediate level students. TAMARA'S YOGA FUSION

Comment: I practiced Baptiste Vinyasa yoga at a studio in Dallas, TX and was so excited to get this DVD now that I live in a different state (and there are no Baptiste studios nearby). Good for ALL levels of yoga practitioners. It's a low-impact (as opposed to running) intense workout that will make you sweat and feel so cleansed afterwards. Not heavy on eastern philosophy, which is really nice.

Comment: A nice balanced one hour yoga workout that covers a little of everything.
This covers sun salute warm up, hip openers, backbends, forward bends, triangle series, balance poses and abs in this yoga class.
Baron Baptise's instructing is also very hip and inspiring and its lovely to see a class of real students with varied body types and varied levels of yoga experience attempting the same moves as you.

Comment: The instructor is great so no reflection on him. I have another workout by him which I love. This one I did not care for because the music sounded ritualistic and I couldn't understand the words. I just rather stick to the fundamentals and not get too spiritual about the workout. Again I gave a 3 because of the music. You may be different and music may not be a factor for you.Baron Baptiste Live!: Soul of Strength
